October is here, every year I say its going to be the best month of the year, because its the start of the longer nights and cuddly wrap ups. It's also Halloween, a most brilliant evening, but for as long as I can remember badness happens, last year I got a MSN dumping, and already this year I can see I have to work Halloween night. *doh*. Here's hoping John Paul (and of course you dear reader) have a better month. It's not looking overly likely tho when JP (and us!) have to watch his sister and brother in law do the do in his bed. Oh my. Cover your eyes and call me Nora.

The new love interest, isn't new, or love. Its been confirmed by several people including James Sutton, Jay is just a “device” for a further plot development. And as for him and Kris... I'm still not seeing or feeling it, Madam Bowlock thinks it might work out better when we actually see them together. Hmmm, what do you think?

Must not forget the farewell of Craig, and his half of McDean. It was a bit pants wasn't it? Should have had a bit more pump to it we feel. The music playing over the emotional ending was the worst part, and whoever chose it should currently have their heads hanging in shame, dire. Were they trying to be funny?

Whats new with the site?

LOADS! Cant list everything here but here are the essentials;

* The site has had masses of man hours chucked at it, to make it a bit more respectable of course, plenty of smaller changes but some of the most striking; new sidebar layout, nav bar setup, new headers and footers etc.

* Some of the pages were full of clutter with lots of random and different stuff splashed over it, so we got some more space and split the pages, resulting in huge expansion of the JPMQ.org offices (We had to make tea for the builders, but that wasn't exactly the end of the world, the tea was hot and so were the builders, off with their tops).

* (But not as hot as that swoon/drools picture of James at the Inside Soap Awards, youtube clips and the like in his MEDIA page.

* Kiwi decided she was now popular enough to press for a pay rise and for a bigger work space. So with her newly brought gold whip she slashed away, and whamage 5 new Kiwi style pages. Wallpapers, Icons/Avatars, REAL Hollyoaks, and Kiwi write ups can now all be found on this site, just find the Kiwi portal link and there you go (Hint its in the sidebar on EVERY page).

* We opened book 3 of the John Paul McQueen Chronicles, and finished off the other two with a nice book feel. It goes with our new motto, “John Paul McQueen is more Than Just a Story”, so many of you have said how the JP story has been helpful to you that its pretty darn clear what we watch on TV is more potent than simple story telling, and that importance should be equally reflected in a site dedicated to the protagonist of said story.

* We also completed the reviews of some of the most excellent forum adventures to be had on the web based on John Paul/James Sutton, so go join up and chatter!

* Finally we are spending this month fixing up the JPDb, its a hard job so if anyone wants to help out and get your name in lights, we want to hear from YOU!
