The main objective of the “Timeline” page is to produce a resource of links, which charts the life events of John Paul (and everyone else he interacts with)
The bulk of the links are to Youtube uploads because it’s the only way we can avoid copyright issues. It's a pity as there are plenty of people out there who have full episodes of Hollyoaks… You might be able to contact some of them on the Message Boards Or otherwise we suggest trying Channel 4’s, 4OD service or BBC America are showing older episodes online.
You can download (for free!) high quality episodes from this site which features a good number of important John Paul storylines
With Youtube there is always the danger the urls will change names, or the user will delete the videos. Sure we can ask them or even beg them to keep them up as a matter of positive social change by getting JP’s story seen and heard by everyone, but we don’t have any control of the content. As always if you discover a dead link Please Let Us Know

Date: So you can track the order in a very simple way (The date is for the UK Channel 4 and/or E4 screening, We became totally confused trying to work the dates out when different users list the episodes in totally different ways as well as the SAME day in Hollyoaks spanning over several episodes).

We’ve tried to link to the best quality videos (in case you want to download them for viewing when you are offline etc), and tried to split the links between users, because many upload the same episode clips, but to be honest, Youtube is a nightmare when it comes to allowing users to choose how to list content, it’s a total pit of chaos over there, so we’ve linked in a way which attempts to follow the story in a chronological way according to the events in the JP Books . As a rule we've tried to keep things at Channel 4 pace but there are some E4 dates below also, which hopefully explains why the uploaders date is different to our own.
Please note: We’ve split the tables into months, because it allows for easy tracking if you want to look for a certain episode and you have an inkling when it happened.
